1. Payments must be made within 48 hours after confirmation of order. (Valencia’s Haven will send you a confirmation e-mail)
2. Strictly NO cancellation of orders after confirmation e-mails are sent out.
3. Valencia’s Haven will NOT be liable for any damaged items once they are mailed out.
4. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Valencia’s Haven has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
6. Valencia’s Haven has made every effort to provide accurate measurements of all the products displayed on the website. Measurements of actual products may differ by plus/minus 2cm.
