1. How long will it take for me to recieve my clothes/bags?

It will take about 3 weeks after the spree closes if the suppliers have the stocks on hand and about 5 weeks if they are out of stock. Valencia’s Haven will try to be as efficient as possible with the tallying and sending out of purchase orders to suppliers so as to speed up the process. :)

2. What happens if suppliers do not re-stock?

Valencia’s Haven will do a full refund for that particular item you have purchased.

3. What are the available types of payment methods?

You may make payments via ATM transfer/iBank-ing to the following account:

POSB 193-14948-0 (savings account)

We will try to put in place more payment methods soon to help make payments more convenient for you.

4.How can I collect my clothes/bags?

  • Meet ups at Temasek Polytechnic
  • Normal mail
  • Registered mail

    But how are we to know which part of the collection point to meet, when & what time to collect our goods??
